Shipping Policy

All products at XOXO Cherry are shipped within 2 to 4 working days or as mentioned on the particular product page. Any delay shall be notified immediately. Once shipped, orders take 3-5 working days to be delivered. There could be some delays in certain containment zones because of the current Covid-19 situation charges of flat INR 150 is applicable on all COD orders. In case the delivery is not accepted the first time and is returned to us, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges the second time around.

 

Tracking Orders

You will receive an email with your order confirmation once you place an order.
You will receive another email with your order tracking details once your order has been shipped out.

Refund

We don’t offer refunds unless the product shipped is wrong or faulty, for which the customer needs to inform us within 48hours of receiving the shipment. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of refund initiation.

Customized orders cannot be returned since they are altered specifically to your measurements.
In case there is a fitting issue we can offer re-alterations. In this case the customer will have to courier the product  to our warehouse and bare the return shipment cost. The forward shipment after alterations will be borne by us.
