We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at support@xoxocherry.com and we will get back to you.

The product bought will only be accepted for replace if they are intimated with in 48hours after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever.

Note : 1. Replacement is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more.

  1. No Returns or Exchanges for Sale products

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else XOXO Cherry will not be liable to accept the merchandise.


Moreover, a lot of our textiles and products are handmade using traditional indian techniques. Weaving, printing, and dyeing irregularities may occur giving it a unique texture and adds character to the fabric. We at XOXO Cherry take pride in these unique textures and don’t consider it as defect.
Products with such irregularities are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
