A3. No, currently we do not ship internationally.

A5. On every product page, we have provided a standard size chart which can be used before making a purchase for the best possible fit.
Q6. What is the size range provided by XOXO Cherry?
A6. We at XOXO Cherry celebrate women in all shapes and sizes. Hence there is a range of sizes available from UK 8 - UK 28 (XS - 7XL) in our diverse collection. There’s an XOXO apparel created for every woman.

ORDER PLACEMENT
Q1. How do I place an order on your website?
- Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order.
- Select a suitable size from the drop-down list.
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order.
- There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button.
- Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.
Q2. I have a promo code, how do I apply?
A2. You can apply discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer information.
Q3. I have placed my order. What happens next?
- Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from Aachho.com.
- We will then dispatch your order within the next 24 hours from our warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same.
- Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Then, your item is shipped to your location.
- You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner’s website which is carrying your order.
- You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.

Q1. What payment methods are accepted at XOXO Cherry?
A1. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support the following modes of payments

A2. To ensure a safe, private and secure shopping experience with xoxocherry.com, all credit card, debit card and net banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transactional details confidential at all times.
Q3. What are the charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A3. Rs150 will be charged for COD orders.
Q4. In how many days the order will get delivered?
A4. Orders will be delivered in 3-5 days.
Q5. Do you accept returns?
A5. When you make a purchase with xoxocherry.com, we believe you have placed our valued trust in us and have understood all our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. We are a small start-up passionate about providing the trendiest designs at affordable prices. Hence, currently, our business model does not give us the flexibility to accept returns unless the product is damaged or if you receive a wrong product or a size.
Q6. What if I receive a damaged product?
A6. In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery and place your replacement request.
